Art Outings
1. Parents must inform the teacher in charge of any medical or pharmaceutical requirement(s) their child may have. The latter entails the possession of the necessary drugs in the necessary quantities.
2. Punctuality of the participants for all appointments and organized activities is required.
3. It is forbidden for students to leave the group without permission
4. If an exceptional situation requires it, the teacher in charge may, under his/her own responsibility, adapt one or more articles of this terms and conditions.
5. In case of a ‘force majeure’ event that would result in an unforeseeable extra cost, neither the management nor the organizing teachers may be held responsible for these costs. These additional fees will be charged to parents, who hereby agree to repay them.
Our art outings are carefully planned and scheduled in advance to ensure the best experience for all participants. Due to the logistical arrangements involved, including booking of venues and transportation, we are unable to accommodate changes to the scheduled outings. Therefore, once a child is registered for an art outing, no refunds or reimbursements will be provided in the event of absence due to illness, personal reasons, or any other circumstances.
