How do I register?
To register, you may approach the respective branch via email or WhatsApp. You will be prompted by our teachers to fill up the online registration form with terms and condition. Once we have received your form, we will follow up with the payment invoice. Kindly note a $25 registration fee is applicable for all new sign-up (payment by cash / nets / cheque only). All payment must be made in full before the commencement of any kind of classes (at least 1 day in advance) for slots confirmation. That is so teachers will have ample time to make the necessary preparations and to avoid confusion on the day itself.
Can I accompany my child? Should I wait for a ‘new’ module to sign up?
All our classes including our preschool classes are drop off class, non-accompanied by parents. Personal guidance will be given to each student. Our classes are ongoing all year round and we welcome new students all year round. Students start on our curriculum whenever it is they join us. Each class can go up to a maximum of 6 students per teacher. Our classes are mixed age-groups and mixed programmes.
If I have missed my lesson, how do I arrange my make-up class?

– A maximum of 2 make up classes per module can be scheduled, 3 during holidays
– All make up classes must be scheduled at least 1 day in advance.
– All make-up classes must be completed within the module (10 weeks), else forfeited
There will be no extension of module end date for any incomplete make-up classes
– Arranged make-up lessons cannot be rescheduled and any unattended make-ups(s) will be counted towards your child’s attendance.
Am I eligible for a refund? Withdrawal procedure
Material and Registration fees are non refundable, discounted, waived or prorated. All Programs and workshops fees paid for are non refundable nor transferable. Course/Workshop fees will not be refunded if the students decides to withdraw before the term ends. If we received your withdrawal notice at least 3 weeks before the last due lesson (lesson 7 of the existing module) we can process the refund of your $100 deposit. If notice is given later, we can use the deposit to offset the cost of additional 3 more lessons after the module. You will be given a withdrawal form to fill up. Kindly also note upon withdrawal, if your child wishes to sign up for future holiday workshop, there will be a re-collection of the $25 registration fee.
Suspension Procedure
No suspension is allowed mid module, it can only be applied at the end of the module. Suspension of classes is only allowed for the following reasons: travel plans exceeding 3 weeks, major examinations (PSLE/Os/Ns), major illness (hospitalisation, etc). Suspension period is for minimum 3 weeks and maximum 10 weeks. Kindly note in a case of withdrawal after the suspension break, your deposit will not be refundable. Student’s slot will not be reserved during this suspension period.
