How do I register?
To register, you may approach the respective branch via email or WhatsApp. You will be prompted by our teachers to fill up the online registration form and terms/condition form and book your timeslot with payment. $25 registration fee is applicable for all new sign-up (payment by cash / nets / cheque only). All payment must be made in full before the commencement of any classes, excursions, workshops and other events organized by Artgrain.
If I have missed my lesson, how do I arrange my make-up class?
Every student is entitled to 2 (during school term) and 3 (during school break term) make up per module and kindly refer to make up time slots and call the school to arrange for one when the needs arises. Make up classes once confirmed will not be able to be amended and if absent, attendance will be counted.
Am I eligible for a refund?
Program, workshop and excursion fees paid are non refundable and non transferable. Fees will not be refunded if the students decides to withdraw from Artgrain before the term ends.
Registration fees is non refundable.
Our Children and Secondary Art Program will require a one-time deposit of $100 to be made upon first sign up, and will be returned to you when you have notified us of your withdrawal at least 3 weeks before the last due lesson (lesson 7 of the existing module). The $100 deposit will be forfeited at any time payment when notice of withdrawal is less than 3 weeks.
Can I accompany my child?
All our classes including our preschool classes are drop off class, non-accompanied by parents.
